Puzzle Bot Live Stream Tomorrow

I think I MIGHT have a way to defeat Mark Rober's Puzzle robot. But first I need to run some tests in order to collect data. Normally I would do this privately and edit it into a video, but I thought I'd also let you in on the process and do it live. For this video, we'll just be doing the first benchmark test before I decide if there is anything to this experiment. I'll explain it better during the live stream.

Drop in tomorrow (Sunday) April 27th 11:30AM Pacific (6:30 PM GMT)

What’s next

I’m looking at a variety of different video ideas for this year, including more word analysis videos, but also other data oriented videos like the puzzle robot. I’m also talking to someone who went to Antarctica who measured the centripetal force of the earth’s rotation using ordinary scales. I’m currently deciding if I want to go to Alaska to do a similar experiment. Stay tuned for that.

Sci Movie Recommendation

Recently, I had two different friends tell me I should watch “The Companion“ and that I SHOULD NOT LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEFOREHAND. And oh were they right. This is a great movie that has some major surprises. It’s from the same people who made “Barbarian“ which is another movie that is best watched with little knowledge beforehand.

Thanks for reading this. Let me know what you think of these newsletters.

IT’S DATA TIME!
